Hey, I’m Johnny — a product designer, team builder, and systems whisperer. I don’t just design screens. I design structures, mindsets, and shortcuts.
I’ve built design systems from scratch, scaled in-house teams, and led the kind of sprints that leave sticky notes and minds blown. People say I’m fast. These days, when something needs to be untangled or elevated, the phrase is:“Can you Johnnyfy it?”
What I’m Known For
- Turning messy processes into clean systems
- Moving fast (without breaking brains)
- Teaching junior designers how to think, not just push pixels
- Planning trips, product roadmaps, and game raids with equal enthusiasm
What I Believe
- Design should feel inevitable, not over-engineered
- Tools are just tools — systems are the real unlock
- A good process is invisible. A great one? Feels like magic.
- Witty copy makes everything 20% more usable
